Found friendly golden retriever with blue collar near Riverside Avenue park in downtown Spokane.

Description

I found a very friendly golden retriever in downtown Spokane. He was running around near the park on Riverside Avenue, and seemed quite lost. He has a blue collar but no tags. I'm keeping him safe for now, but I really want to get him back to his owner as soon as possible.
