I found a blue nylon dog collar with a small silver bell and a bright lime-green bone-shaped ID tag. It’s a medium size, a bit worn from weather, and there’s a cute white paw print decal on the strap. The tag has the name 'Nova' and a phone number that's worn, so it’s not fully legible. I found it this afternoon around 4:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Coeur d'Alene Public Library on Front Avenue, near the old Post Office building.
