Gray Samsonite suitcase found near Silver Beach Carousel

I found a gray Samsonite suitcase this morning around 9:10am in the parking lot behind the Silver Beach Carousel in St. Joseph, Southwest Michigan. It's a mid-size hard-shell bag, with a few scratches on the corner, and a distinctive lime-green luggage tag plus a blue zipper pull. The lining inside is light blue, and I spotted a small notebook tucked near the handle with the initials 'L.T.' written inside.
