Emerald green budgie missing near St. Joseph Lighthouse

Yesterday around 3pm, my emerald-green budgie with a bright yellow crown slipped from his cage while I was on the balcony and flew toward Silver Beach near the St. Joseph Lighthouse. He's about 6 inches long and very friendly, usually chirping when I call his name. He has a small silver leg band on his left leg with the code AZ-42. This bird means a lot to my family—he's been with us for three years and was a gift from my daughter; we worry he might be scared and hungry.
