Blue-and-yellow budgie missing near Pullman Square

I lost my blue-and-yellow budgie yesterday around 3pm near Pullman Square in downtown Huntington, Southern WV. He’s a small parakeet, about 6 inches from beak to tail, with a bright yellow face, blue body, and a green-tinged chest. He’s fairly tame and responds to the name 'Kiwi' when I call him. He wears a silver leg band with the number 247 on his left leg. I’ve had him for about five years, and he’s like family—we’re really worried when he’s not home. If you spot a bird perched around coffee shops or on power lines near the square, please message me here. I’d be incredibly grateful to bring him back.
