Missing person: tall man in red hoodie

I lost my brother yesterday around 6:45 pm. He's about 6'1", with short dark hair and glasses, wearing a bright red Adidas hoodie, gray jeans, and a black beanie. He was last seen near Falls Park on 8th Street in Sioux Falls, SD, heading toward Main Avenue. He has a crescent moon tattoo on his right wrist and wears a silver medical-alert bracelet. We're really worried—this means a lot to us, and any sighting around downtown Sioux Falls would help a lot.
