I found a black North Face puffer jacket this morning around 7:45am near the South Coast ferry terminal on Harbor Street, tucked behind Seaside Café. It's a medium men's cut with a glossy water-resistant shell and a bright red fleece lining that shows when you unzip the front. Inside there's a yellow stitch and a small patch that says 'Harbor High'—two identifying details that might help someone claim it. It looks warm and well-loved, and I’d really like to see the owner get it back, especially since it’s such a practical piece for the chilly South Coast mornings.
