Gray tote bag with pink lining found on Michigan St

I found a gray tote bag this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the downtown Barnes & Noble on Michigan Street in South Bend, Indiana, right by the Civic Theatre. It's a medium-sized canvas tote with a bright pink lining that shows when you unzip the top. Outside there's a small red heart sticker near the top corner and a blue-and-white woven shoulder strap that makes it easy to spot. Inside there's a spiral notebook, a USB drive labeled ND Knights, and a navy umbrella with a wooden handle. The bag seems well cared for but dusty from the walk; if the owner sees this, please reach out—I would love to return it.
