Silver Fossil watch with black dial

I lost my silver-tone Fossil watch yesterday around 3pm. It's a 42mm stainless steel bracelet model, with a small scratch on the left edge of the case and a red second hand that stands out against the black face. The last place I remember seeing it was outside the John Michael Kohler Arts Center on New York Avenue in Sheboygan, near 8th Street, while I grabbed coffee. It means a lot to me, my grandfather gave it to me a few years ago, and I really need it back.
