Found black North Face backpack near Sheboygan waterfront park containing personal items.

I found a black North Face backpack sitting by the park near the Sheboygan waterfront this afternoon. It looks to be in really good condition and has some personal items inside, including a water bottle and a notebook. Hopefully, the owner can describe its contents so I can return it to them.
