Blue US passport in a black leather sleeve

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 6:15 pm near the downtown Sheboygan Public Library on North 6th Street. It's in a worn black leather sleeve; the cover shows the navy blue color with the gold seal, and there's a coffee smudge along the back. Inside, the photo page has a crease from being folded in my pocket, and there's a small sticker from a travel clinic tucked in the inner pocket.
