I found a colorful children's kite, made of red and blue material, decorated with a dragon design, fluttering in the sand near the beach in Sarasota-Bradenton. It looks like it was just launched, but no one seemed to be around to claim it. Hoping to return it to its owner or a happy child who loves kites!
