Silver harmonica with black case (Hohner)

I found a small silver harmonica this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Santa Maria Public Library on S Broadway, near the cafe plaza. It's a Hohner Special 20 in the key of C, about 4 inches long, with a few light scratches on the chrome and a worn black fabric case. Inside the case, there's a tiny sticker with the initials 'K.L.' and a blue rubber band around the zipper. It clearly looks like it's been played a lot, and I imagine the owner would be grateful to have it back. If you recognize it, I’d be glad to hand it over.
