I was flipping through my orange Lonely Planet travel guide yesterday around 3pm near the Santa Maria Public Library on Broadway when a gust whipped it out of my tote. It's a softcover, about 6 by 9 inches, well-used with a creased spine and a couple of dog-eared pages, and the cover shows a bright orange design with a small map sketch. Inside there's a faded red bookmark ribbon and a pencil note in the back with my handwriting about a tapas bar in Madrid. It was a gift from my sister, and it really means a lot to me—this guide helped me plan a trip I was so excited about. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to get it back; it has sentimental value.
