College ID card with blue lanyard

I found a college ID card this afternoon around 2:45pm near the Santa Barbara Public Market on Victoria Street. It’s attached to a blue lanyard that’s a bit frayed at the ends. The front shows a photo of a young person and the name 'Ari Patel' printed below, along with a student ID number ending in 4582. There’s a small wave sticker in the corner of the photo, a little detail that made it easy to spot. The card is in decent condition, with some light scratches but all the text is legible.
