Blue Speedo swim trunks with yellow drawstring

Found a pair of blue Speedo swim trunks this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the San Luis Obispo Public Library on Osos Street, near Mission Plaza. They're men's size Medium, mainly royal blue with a black side stripe and a bright yellow drawstring. The trunks are in decent condition, a bit sun-faded from the beach, with a small orange paint smudge on the inner waistband and a tiny white sea turtle embroidered on the left leg for a unique touch.
