I found a navy blue Adrianna Papell floor-length satin evening gown this afternoon around 2:45pm outside City Creek Center, near the Nordstrom entrance on Main Street in Salt Lake City. It's a women's size M and in good condition, with a detachable silver-beaded belt that features a distinctive rhinestone buckle. There's a minor snag on the hem from stepping on a curb, but it's hardly noticeable. The gown looks like it could be for a wedding or formal event, and it's clearly important to someone.
