Found black puffy jacket with a small tear on the inside lining at Liberty Park.

I found a black puffy jacket while taking a walk around Liberty Park last Friday. It was draped over a bench, and I noticed it looked new and well-cared-for. There were no identifying tags or labels on it, but it does have a small tear on the inside lining. I’m hoping to find the owner, as it looks like someone might be missing it.
