I found a black messenger bag sitting on a bench at Civic Plaza in Rockford yesterday afternoon. It looks like it belongs to someone who might have just taken it off for a moment. The bag is in good condition with no visible signs of wear and has a few pockets. There was no identifying information inside, just some basic items like a notebook and a couple of pens. I'm hoping to return it to its owner as soon as possible.
