Beagle mix with blue collar; lost

Yesterday around 6:15pm I lost my beagle mix during a walk near Highland Park, around Park Ave and Meadow Street in Rochester. He's about 22 pounds, brown and white with a white heart-shaped patch on his chest, and he wears a blue collar with a bone-shaped tag. He also has a slightly floppy left ear and a tiny white dot on his right hind paw. This dog means the world to me—he's my constant buddy and was a gift from my grandmother, so I'm really worried and hope he comes home soon.
