Hand-painted ceramic wall vase, blue and white

I lost my hand-painted ceramic wall vase yesterday around 3pm near the Dahl Arts Center on 5th Street in Rapid City. It's a slim, 8-inch tall piece with a glossy blue-and-white glaze and a subtle raised leaf motif around the rim. The vase is locally made and signed on the back with 'K. Nguyen'; there's also a tiny hairline crack at the base that's easy to miss. It means a lot to me because it was a gift from my grandmother and holds a lot of sentimental value.
