I lost my dog's favorite collar while walking in Pullman, just near the park entrance by the coffee shop. It's a bright pink collar with a bone-shaped tag that has my phone number on it. It slipped off her neck, and I've been searching for it everywhere! If anyone finds it, I would be so grateful to have it back.
