Found a brown leather briefcase with papers and pens near Prescott Public Library.

I found a brown leather briefcase around 3 PM today near the Prescott public library. It looks like it's been used quite a bit, with some noticeable scratches on the surface. There are some papers sticking out from the side as well as a few pens inside. If this belongs to you, please describe the contents so I can return it to the rightful owner.
