Found small gray dwarf hamster near Market Street

I found a small gray dwarf hamster this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the Potsdam Public Library on Market Street. It has soft gray fur with a white belly, and those big black eyes that look a bit curious but a tad skittish. Notable quirks: a tiny white patch on its chest and a small blue dot on its left hind paw—easy to describe if someone is missing it.
