Blue U.S. passport in leather sleeve

I lost my blue U.S. passport yesterday around 3pm somewhere near the Potsdam Public Library on Park Street in Potsdam. It's inside a black leather sleeve that's a little scuffed and has a faint coffee ring on the corner. The passport itself is the navy-blue cover with the gold Great Seal; inside, the pages show slight curling from my last trip. The sleeve also has a small red 'Priority' travel tag, a real unique feature I noticed after packing. It’s essential for my upcoming work trip, so I’m really hoping it surfaces soon.
