Neon blue Nike running jacket, size M

I found a neon blue Nike running jacket this morning around 7:15am outside Powell's Books on West Burnside Street in downtown Portland. It's a men's size M, made of lightweight Dri-FIT fabric, with reflective piping along the sleeves and a bright orange zipper pull that makes it easy to spot. There’s a small scuff on the left elbow and a tiny embroidered compass patch on the inside of the collar—nice little details that caught my eye. The jacket looks well cared for, not torn, just a little wear.
