Missing man in blue jacket, Port Huron

I lost my dad yesterday afternoon. He was wearing a bright blue windbreaker, beige cargo pants, and a gray knit beanie. He has a small diagonal scar above his left eyebrow and a tiny wave tattoo on his inner right wrist. Last seen around 3:15pm yesterday near the Port Huron Public Library along Military Street. He tends to wander a bit when anxious and may not respond quickly when called, so I’m really worried. That jacket is sentimental—it belonged to my late grandfather and means a lot to us.
