Sterling silver necklace with sapphire heart pendant

I lost my sterling silver necklace yesterday around 3pm near Market Square in downtown Pittsburgh. It's an 18-inch chain with a small heart pendant that has a tiny sapphire inset, and the back is engraved with the initials 'A.J.' The chain has a bit of patina and a slight bend near the lobster clasp. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me; I really need it back.
