Navy blue Columbia jacket with compass patch

I lost my navy blue Columbia jacket yesterday around 3pm outside the Capitol Building on Capitol Ave in Pierre, Central SD. It's a men's medium, waterproof shell with a teal inner lining that peeks out when the zipper is halfway up. On the left sleeve there’s a small circular compass patch, and there’s a tiny fray at the cuff from a hike last week.
