Blue passport with gold crest, owner near Capitol Ave

I lost my blue passport yesterday around 3:15pm outside the Capitol Building on Capitol Ave in Pierre. It’s in a slightly worn blue cover with a gold state crest on the front and a small coffee stain along the lower edge. The back cover has a faint sticker from a flight I took last year. Inside, the name page reads 'Priya Patel' and there’s a tiny sticky note with my emergency contact tucked in the travel info sleeve. This passport has sentimental value and I really need it back for my upcoming trip; I’d be grateful to hear from anyone who finds it.
