Navy Nike running jacket with reflective stripes

I lost my navy blue Nike running jacket yesterday around 3pm. It's a size L, a bit faded from salt air, with reflective stripes along the sleeves and a small zip pocket inside. I was jogging the Seaside Promenade near the Carousel Mall on Broadway when I must have dropped it by the coffee cart near the pier. There’s a tiny coffee stain on the inside lining and a red thread snag at the left cuff—easy to spot if you know what I mean.
