Silver necklace with heart pendant

I lost my silver necklace this afternoon. It's a 16-inch sterling silver chain with a small heart pendant, about the size of a dime, and there's a tiny notch on the back. I was near the Oneonta Public Library on Main Street around 3pm yesterday, and a gust of wind knocked it from my neck, dropping it near the library benches. It has sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me last year—and I really need it back. The chain is smooth with light scratches, and the heart pendant has initials 'AY' engraved on the back. If anyone found it, please reach out; I’d be so grateful to be reunited with it.
