Black satin evening gown, emerald brooch, size 8

I lost my black satin evening gown yesterday around 3pm near the Gulfarium on Okaloosa Island. It's a floor-length Adrianna Papell dress, with a V-neck, subtle champagne beading along the neckline, and an emerald-green brooch pinned at the waist. The gown is size 8 and in generally good shape, though there’s a tiny snag on the hem from a curb I clipped at the walkway by the boardwalk. It has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother and was supposed to be worn to a family wedding this weekend. If anyone found it, please reach out; I’d really appreciate getting it back!
