Olive green North Face parka found near Walmart Odessa

I found an olive-green North Face parka this afternoon in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Andrews Highway in Odessa. It's a men's size L, insulated with a faux-fur hood, and it has a small blue rocket pin on the zipper pull. The jacket is in decent shape, a little wrinkled from the rain, with no rips or tears—it's a winter seasonal coat, after all, and I figured it should find its way back.
