Gold ring with sapphire and engraving M.E.

I lost my 14k gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the Home Depot on 42nd Street in Midland. It's a slim ring with a small sapphire centered and a few pave diamonds along the shoulders. Inside there's an engraving that reads 'M.E.' and a slight wear line from daily wear. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value; I’ve been really worried and would be grateful to get it back. If anyone found it, please message me so we can arrange a safe return.
