Blue US passport with crest, found near CVS in Torrington

I found a blue US passport this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the CVS on Main Street in Torrington, Northwestern CT. The cover is the standard deep blue with the embossed eagle crest, and the bottom-right corner has a noticeable crease. There's a small TravelMed sticker on the inside back cover, and a visa page peeks out showing a stamp from Ireland. It looks well-used but intact. I know how nerve-wracking it is to misplace a passport, so I want to get it back to the owner as soon as possible.
