14k white gold bracelet with sapphire charm, initials engraved

Lost my 7-inch 14k white gold bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the library on Main Street in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. It's a delicate bracelet with a small sapphire heart charm. The inside of the clasp is engraved with the initials 'AP' and there's a tiny dent on the clasp from a snag on my sleeve. It came in a dark purple velvet pouch, which I probably dropped too. It means a lot to me—it's a gift from my mom and holds sentimental value; I really need it back.
