I’m Mason Reed, posting from Northeast SD, South Dakota. I found a small set of metal desk organizers on a bench outside a shop in Northeast SD around 5:15 PM Friday, near Main Street Depot. They’re matte black with a brushed-silver edge and a little weathering from rain, nothing that can’t be wiped clean. I felt relieved for the owner, imagining someone turning the corner and seeing this post, hoping the pieces will come back home.

Found USB drives in downtown Aberdeen

On Friday at about 9:15 a.m., I was stepping out of Coffee & Co. on Main Street in downtown Aberdeen, Northeast South Dakota, when I spotted three USB drives lying on the curb. They were loose in a small pouch, warm from the sun, and clearly used for work or school. I picked them up and tucked them onto the bench by the storefront while I looked for a way to find the owner. Losing a device like this can be a real hassle, so I am hoping someone recognizes them and they will be returned through this site.

Found black Nike running shoes, size 9, neon lime swoosh

I found a pair of black Nike running shoes this afternoon around 4pm in the parking lot behind the Northeast SD Fitness Center on 2nd Ave, near Riverside Park in Aberdeen. They’re men’s size 9, black with a neon lime swoosh, and there’s a tiny white paint speck on the toe of the right shoe. The left tongue has a small fray from a rainy run, but overall they’re in decent shape—worn, but not worn out. I’m glad to help reunite them with their owner since it looked like someone must be missing them after a workout. Vintage brass pocket watch with engraved initials

I found a vintage Elgin pocket watch this morning around 8:15am in the alley behind the Old Town Pawn Shop on North 3rd Street in Northeast SD. The brass case has a floral engraving and shows some wear, about 2 inches across. The white dial has Roman numerals and blue steel hands, and there's an inscription on the inner lid: 'J.R.S. 1892'. It also came with a brown leather fob chain and a faded red velvet pouch. It's a collectible piece, and I'd love to get it back to its owner, especially if someone recognizes the initials or the tiny stamp on the back—happy to meet near the East Market building to return it.

Found Bose QC headphones with blue case

I found a pair of Bose QuietComfort headphones this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind Riverside Mall on College Ave, near the coffee kiosk by the main entrance. They’re black with a blue hard-shell case, and there’s a small dent on the right ear cup plus a frayed cable tucked under one cushion. The case has a tiny star sticker on the outside and a partially rubbed serial stamp inside the lid. They seemed to be in decent shape when I tested them for a minute, and I know someone is probably missing them a lot. Blue North Face kids' parka with orange lining

I found a blue North Face kids' parka this morning around 9:15am behind the Northeast SD Community Center, near the Maple Street entrance. It's a size small, navy blue exterior with a bright orange inner lining and a faux fur-trimmed hood. There's a small embroidered fox on the left sleeve and a reflective logo on the chest, plus a hidden zip pocket inside.
