Found a small black and white dog near the beach at Monterey Bay, California.

I found a small black and white dog wandering around the beach near Monterey Bay yesterday evening. He seems quite friendly and was not wearing a collar. I’ve been trying to look for his owner, as he must have gotten lost while out for a walk. If anyone is missing a sweet pup, please get in touch with me.
