Silver Seiko watch with black leather strap, blue dial

I lost my silver Seiko watch with a black leather strap and a blue dial yesterday around 3pm. It has a small scratch on the crystal near the 12 o'clock mark and the back is engraved with my initials AP. I dropped it near the H-E-B on 10th Street in McAllen, outside the cafe by the entrance. It wasn't in perfect condition—the clasp is a bit loose—but it's sentimental because it was a gift from my mom. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate returning it — it means a lot to me and helps me stay on schedule at work.
