Black leather briefcase with tan trim found

I found a black leather briefcase with a tan trim this afternoon around 3:15pm near the entrance to Manchester Piccadilly Station by Market Street. It’s mid-sized, about 16 inches long, and in decent condition with a few light scuffs on the corners. There’s a small brass nameplate on the front engraved with the initials 'M.S.' and a red leather luggage tag dangling from the handle. Inside, the gray lining shows a few pen marks and I spotted a blue USB drive in the main pocket.
