Blue US passport with gold crest, lost near Capitol Square

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near Capitol Square on State Street in Madison. It's the standard navy-blue cover with a gold crest and a bit of wear on the corner from travel. Inside there's a small sticker from my hometown on the inner page that should help someone verify it's mine, plus a light coffee smudge along the lower edge. This passport means a lot to me because I was supposed to travel next week, and I'm really hoping to get it back soon.
