I lost a light brown leather handbag while shopping near the Promenade in Little Rock. It has a distinctive large silver buckle on the front and an inner pocket filled with my cosmetics. I last remember having it at the checkout counter, but it seems to have disappeared after that. I’m really hoping someone might have found it!
