Blue reflective dog harness with ID tag

Yesterday around 3pm I lost my royal blue nylon dog harness on Main Street near the Safeway in Lewiston. It's a medium PawGuard harness with a bright reflective stripe and a little paw-print patch on the strap. There’s a small tear near the quick-release buckle and a red ID tag with my dog Milo’s name and my number hanging from the D-ring. Milo is pretty nervous without it, and I really need it back—it's the only harness that fits him and keeps him visible on walks.
