Vintage stamp collection in red binder

I lost my vintage stamp collection yesterday around 3pm in Lawton, near the Central Mall on Cache Road. It's a red leather-bound binder with gold lettering on the spine that says 'US Commemoratives' and about 150 stamps from the 1920s–1940s tucked inside. A tiny pencil map of a ship route is drawn on the first page, and the binder is held shut with a bright green elastic band. There's a small coffee stain on the back cover. This collection was started by my grandfather, so it has real sentimental value; I really need it back. If someone found it, please drop a note in the app so we can arrange a meetup near the mall.
