Lost something on public transport?

How to track down an item left on a bus, train, tram, or taxi by contacting the right transport operator.

Items left on buses, trains, trams, and taxis around Las Vegas are usually handed in to the operator's lost property team — the trick is contacting the right one quickly.

  1. Identify the operator. Note the route, line, or company and the rough time. Each operator runs its own lost property process.
  2. Submit a lost property report. Use the operator's online form or phone line as soon as possible; recovered items are logged against your description.
  3. For taxis and rideshare, contact the driver or company directly through your booking or app receipt.
  4. Keep your reference. Save any report number so you can chase it up.
  5. Post a listing. Add a listing for Las Vegas in case a fellow passenger picked it up.

White AirPods Pro case with red heart sticker

Category: Electronics Accessories — I lost my white AirPods Pro charging case yesterday afternoon around 3pm near The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace on Las Vegas Boulevard. It's a small white rectangle with a red heart-shaped sticker on the back and initials 'AM' engraved on the lid. I last had it after grabbing coffee outside the Forum Shops and walking toward the Bellagio fountain. I really need it back; it's daily essential and it holds sentimental value since it was a gift from my sister.

Gold-tone hoop earrings with turquoise teardrops

I lost my gold-tone vermeil hoop earrings yesterday around 3pm near the Bellagio Fountains on Las Vegas Boulevard. They’re small, about 12mm in diameter, with turquoise teardrop charms that catch the light as they move. They came from a gift from my grandmother and mean a lot to me, so I’m really hoping to get them back. One hoop has a tiny star-shaped charm dangling near the bottom and the left hoop shows a faint scratch along the outer edge—easy features to spot if someone picks them up. If you’ve seen them or picked them up by chance, please drop me a line at [email protected]; I’d be incredibly grateful to be reunited with them.

Lost Sony portable speaker near Bellagio

I lost my black Sony portable Bluetooth speaker yesterday around 3pm near the Bellagio Fountains on the Las Vegas Strip. It's a compact cylindrical speaker, about 7 inches tall, with a matte black finish and a small green paw-print sticker on the underside; there's a tiny dent on the rim from a spill last week. It's a Sony model I've had for a couple of years, and it was a gift from my sister, so it's a bit sentimental. I really need it back and would be grateful if you could drop it at Bellagio security or message this listing so we can arrange the return.

Black Samsonite carry-on with red tag

Lost my black medium-size Samsonite carry-on yesterday around 3pm near the Bellagio Fountains on the Las Vegas Strip. It's a hard-shell case with a red leather luggage tag bearing my initials 'P.P.' and a small dent on the bottom-right corner; there’s also a blue star sticker on the top lid. Inside are essential travel documents and a couple of kids’ drawings from our family trip, so it has sentimental value. I’m really hoping someone found it and turned it in—this bag was part of our wedding week, and I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back.
