Silver bracelet with turquoise inlay found

I found a silver bracelet this afternoon around 2:15pm near the fountain outside the Rio Grande Theatre on Main Street in downtown Las Cruces. It's a slim, slightly tarnished sterling bracelet about 7 inches long with a small turquoise inlay and a tiny heart charm engraved on the clasp. The bracelet looks like it's been worn for a while but it's still in decent condition, with a light scratch along the inner side.
