Found black leather briefcase with documents and laptop near a coffee shop on the sidewalk in Laredo.

I found a black leather briefcase on the sidewalk near a coffee shop in Laredo. It has a small scuff mark on one corner and was somewhat dirty, suggesting it may have been there for a while. Inside, there are several documents and a laptop, but no identification. I thought I should report it in case the owner is looking for it!
