Seiko 5 stainless steel watch

I found a Seiko 5 automatic watch this afternoon around 3:15 pm near the Fulton Theatre on Market Street in Lancaster. It’s a silver stainless steel case with a black dial, white baton markers, and a day-date window at 3 o'clock. The bracelet is a brushed stainless steel with a deployment clasp, and there’s a small scratch on the crystal at the 2 o'clock position. On the back, there’s an engraving with the initials 'JL'.
