Black knit scarf with red stripe found downtown

I found a black knit scarf yesterday around 3:15pm outside the Knoxville Visitors Center near Market Square on Market Street. It's about 60 inches long, soft acrylic, and in good condition with a thin red stripe along the edge and a small gold bead on one tassel for easy ID.
